These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, communication services, WhatsApp Official API messaging, Rich Communication Services (RCS), and any related products or services offered by Alnai Farmers Producer Company Limited (collectively, the “Services”).

Alnai Farmers Producer Company Limited is a farmer-owned producer company engaged in agricultural aggregation, farmer services, communication, notifications, and digital engagement with its members, customers, partners, and stakeholders.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in accordance with the laws of India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Definitions

  • “User” refers to any individual, farmer, member, customer, partner, or entity accessing or using the Services.
  • “Business Account” refers to any registered user account created for accessing communication or service features.
  • “WhatsApp Official API” refers to Meta Platforms Inc.’s official WhatsApp Business messaging infrastructure.
  • “RCS” refers to Rich Communication Services enabled through telecom operators.
  • “Content” includes text, images, audio, video, documents, and messages transmitted via our Services.
  • “Applicable Laws” means all Indian statutes, rules, regulations, guidelines, and governmental notifications.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Acceptance may occur through digital consent, usage of messaging services, website access, or communication opt-ins via WhatsApp or RCS.

If you are acting on behalf of an organization or legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Description of Services

Alnai Farmers Producer Company Limited provides:

  • Farmer communication and engagement services
  • Agricultural updates, notifications, and alerts
  • Order confirmations, payment reminders, and service messages
  • WhatsApp Official API and RCS-based messaging
  • Customer support and grievance redressal
  • Digital information dissemination related to farming activities

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.

Account Registration

Certain Services may require account creation or user registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Alnai FPCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse communication channels
  • Not to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading messages
  • Not to violate Meta, telecom, or government policies
  • To comply with all Applicable Laws

Unauthorized use of WhatsApp API or RCS for spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Billing Terms

Certain services may be chargeable. All payments shall:

  • Be in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Be processed via authorized payment gateways
  • Be non-refundable unless expressly stated

The Company reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions, if applicable, may auto-renew unless cancelled. Alnai FPCL may terminate Services for violations, non-payment, or regulatory non-compliance without liability.

Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users acknowledge that:

  • Messages are subject to Meta and telecom delivery policies
  • Template approvals are mandatory
  • User opt-in is required before communication
  • Opt-out requests must be honored immediately

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Delivery of messages depends on network availability, Meta policies, and telecom operator rules. Alnai FPCL is not liable for delivery failures beyond its control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of Alnai Farmers Producer Company Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the use of Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Alnai FPCL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alnai FPCL against claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law (India)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Alnai FPCL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
